Here at Flipside, we have taken each element of the burger and fine tuned each aspect to focus on taste, indulgence & satisfaction. Several members of our Flipside team have sacrificed themselves as 'burger testers', eating their weight in burgers till we got it right.

Take our Christmas inspired Roast Turkey Burger, specifically developed for the Festive season. The stuffing disc in the middle was the game changer. It took our burger nerds close breaking point to get his right and lot of disagreements as to whether Brussel Sprouts should ever be in a burger. We voted 10-5 that it should.
Our Beef burger
All our beef patties are 7oz (approx 200g), instead of the usual 6oz. Why? The extra size will minimise the loss of moisture in the burger, resulting in a succulent and moist burger.

Our freshly ground beef is comprised only of chuck steak & brisket with a pinch of salt & pepper. We believe this offers the best balance of flavour & texture. Brisket for its superior fat content to allow the burger to remain moist and chuck steak for its taste profile.
Flipping great drinks
A flipping great burger needs a flipping great drink. Thankfully, we have this covered. We are a licensed restaurant.

Our drinks list includes a selection freshly made cocktails, some great wines and prosecco, ciders & ales, bottled beers and a couple of alcohol free options.
